A classic dry gin made in tiny batches at a time in a traditional copper alembic still, using botanicals found at Melin Llynon on The Isle of Anglesey. It is a juniper forward gin with notes of elder and yarrow. Bottled at 45% ABV to bring out the best of the botanicals in a clean and crisp dry gin.
Core botanicals of juniper, coriander and angelica blended with subtle notes of lemon peel, elderflower and yarrow to create a truly premium dry gin.

Retaining all the characteristics of our popular Anglesey Dry Gin this elegant Pink Gin is inspired by the bountiful crop of berries at Melin Llynon in the picturesque village of Llandeusant.
Distilled to a premium 42% the flavours and aromas of blackberry and raspberry compliment perfectly the core botanicals of juniper, coriander and angelica blended with subtle notes of lemon peel, elderflower and yarrow.
